Технико-экономическое обоснование взаимного признания географических обозначений сельскохозяйственной продукции между Китаем и Россией

Аннотация
Китай и Россия являются крупными производителями разнообразной сельскохозяйственной продукции. Однако их глобальное влияние на сельскохозяйственную отрасль по-прежнему существенно отстает от стран ЕС.
Учитывая соглашение между Китаем и ЕС о географических обозначениях и быстрый рост китайско-российской торговли, для Китая и России крайне важно обсудить взаимное признание географических обозначений для сельскохозяйственной продукции. Потенциальное сотрудничество в этой области направлено на содействие импорту и экспорту сельскохозяйственной продукции между Китаем и Россией, повышение конкурентоспособности этой продукции на международном рынке. Однако нарушение баланса между импортом и экспортом сельскохозяйственной продукции, а также различия в торговых системах и законодательстве о географических обозначениях сделают взаимное признание географических обозначений более сложным. Китай и Россия могли бы рассмотреть «пакетные договоренности», основанные на их собственных многосторонних торговых системах, начиная с взаимного признания некоторых географических обозначений для сельскохозяйственных продуктов.
